Last night we tried Pasta with spinach, chickpeas, and bacon found via Serious Eats. My advice? Don't try this at home. The recipe has good ideas, but the implementation failed, at least at our house. It has potential, so we may try again. If those attempts succeed, we'll let you know.
The good news is that marinara sauce covers a multitude of mistakes, so at least dinner was salvageable.
