Curried Chicken Orzo Salad

We tried the curried chicken orzo salad today. I couldn't find orzo in Publix, so we substituted brown rice. Pretty good stuff. I think next time I would add sliced, toasted almonds to the mix. I'm interested to see how leftovers do tomorrow.
