A new look in the front room

Clint and I recently had the front room painted (along with the kitchen, master bedroom, and garage). I'm really pleased with the way the room has turned out. The wall hangings happen to all be African--the Moroccan rug was a wedding gift from Clint's best friend, Ben; the elephant tapestry was a gift to Clint by some African immigrants in Germany, and my sister, Katie, brought back the picture of the women from her trip to Mozambique. Add to that the silver globe, the albums of Alaska pictures, and the Mexican star light (which has a longer story for another post) and the room is quite cosmopolitan.
